MOVE TO RECONNECT is a 75-minute, 3-part workout (and work in)!

We'll begin with breath work and mobility, move through a sweaty, dynamic vinyasa flow + bodyweight workout where you'll get your heart rate up, blood flowing and endorphins going. We'll end with a slow, rejuvenating flow and a juicy savasana.
